Intro:

RS-909A is a full automatic and fast speed transistor lead forming machine. It can automatic feed transistor, detect back and front side. Forming tool can be customized for different forming needs, such as left-right windening leads, cutting leads to different length, bending 90 degrees. Special working mode and feeding mode, it can reach up to 3300-3600pcs/hour. It can greatly increase operator's efficiency.

Note:

• One machine can only work for 1 type and 1 size transistor.
• Auto feeding, detecting transistor front and back side, bending.

1. For various transistor lead forming, including TO-92, 220, 126, Hall sensor, etc
2. Can cut only , bend 90 degrees, cut leads to different length, winden leads, etc
3. Autoamtic Feeding and Forming. High efficiency

Parameters:

Applicable: Bulk transistors are cut and formed at one time. It can be automatically detect positive and negative sides, the equipment can form high and low shoulders, form 90 degrees, single foot push, long and short feet, etc., can be customized according to requirements
