Performance description:
•Decapping machine is developed byAsifahe to remove the cap automatically. It not only reduces the labor’s force, but increases the production efficiency. Roughly speaking, one decapping machine may take the place of 2 to 3 workers’ workload. It is very helpful for the production of 5 gallon water.

•Because of its simple structure and superior performance, on one hand, it is almost unnecessary to train the operator; on the other hand, it becomes very easy for the decapping machine to be installed and maintained.
•With the mechanical hands driven by air cylinders which are controlled by main machine PLC, the whole process runs automatically. Bottles are manually put on the conveyor and then automatically sent to the decapping machine; after the detecting, analysis and counting processes, decapping heads go down to grip the caps and then go up to remove the caps; in the meantime, caps are blown to the collecting tunnel and the bottle blocking mechanism is opened to release the decapped bottles. After this, another decapping cycle starts.
