Product Details
Huitian® 7603 retaining compound is a one-component retaining compound for retaining cylindrical
parts, which features low viscosity, high strength, good oil
tolerance, and excellent medium resistance. It is used between two
closely fitting metal surfaces, and cures when isolated from air.
Typical Applications
Retaining of radial clearance of less than 0.1mm between metal transition or interference fit holes and shafts. This product can be used on surfaces with slight oil stains and can achieve maximum strength at room temperature. It can also serve as a sealant and is easy to use.

Directions for Use
Clean the hole-shaft fitting surface, remove oil and dirt, and allow to dry. It is recommended to use Huitian 7755 cleaner to improve the cleaning effect. Apply the glue evenly to the fitting part, with the amount of glue enough to fill the gap, and assemble to the appropriate position according to the specification requirements. The sealing effect is best when the gap is small, and the curing speed will be affected by larger gaps. For larger gaps, it is recommended to use the Huitian 7769 accelerator to improve the sealing effect. In order to ensure the maximum pressure resistance of the system and the best medium resistance of the adhesive layer, the curing time is recommended to be more than 24h to ensure full curing of the adhesive layer.
Cautions
The unused glue should be sealed and stored for reuse. The contaminated glue should not be returned to the original package bottle; otherwise, the performance of the remaining glue in it will be affected.
The product is not suitable for plastic parts, pure oxygen, or oxygen-enriched systems, and cannot be used to seal chlorine or other strong oxidizing substances.
Keep away from children for storage.
The product contains acrylic and methacrylate substances and irritates the skin and eyes. It is recommended to use the product in a well-ventilated place.
If eyes or skin is accidentally exposed to the product, rinse immediately with water.
