PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Y2 (IE2) series three-phase high-efficiency cast iron induction motor. The structure is optimized to ensure structural rigidity and strength. The stator core and rotor core are made of silicon steel plates. The surface insulation is good, and the low-quality insulation materials are combined. The perfect insulation system makes the insulation completely free of gaps. The winding ends have high rigidity and can withstand the switching and reversing strength. The F-class insulation gives the motor higher thermal stability and more extended thermal insulation performance. It concentrates on the advantages of ample starting torque, stable operation, low-temperature rise, low noise, and good overload performance.

IE2 motor characteristics
(1) High efficiency, IE2 is 3% higher than IE1
(2) More high-quality materials are required. IE2 costs 25% to 30% more than IE1 motors
(3) Due to the lower operating temperature, the motor has a longer life and can reduce maintenance costs.
(4) The starting current is larger under typical design conditions.
(5) The rotor inertia is large.
(6) High speed at rated load, small slip rate
