The hollow shaft motor casing is made of aluminum, hollow metal tube design, 100% copper coil, C&U bearing, high-precision rotor, shaft extension through high-frequency quenching treatment, significantly improving mechanical strength, rigorous transfer technology, maintaining the standard motor all technical and maintenance advantages are following I.E.C. standards.

Rotor

All hollow shaft motor rotors are of high-pressure E.C. Grad aluminum die-cast. Every rotor is dynamically balanced. Thus, it makes low motor amplitudes of vibration & noise.

Bearing&Lubrication:

hollow shaft motor bearings are adequately lubricated with lithium-based high temp up to 150 deg. all the motors are supplied with a C3 ball bearing & fully charged with lithium base grease at the time of assembly
