WX261 straight line beveling machine is used for grinding bevel and bottom edge of glass with different size and thickness. Rough grinding, fine grinding, polishing of bevel and grinding of bottom edge can be completed in one time. It is easy to adjust the feeding of motor in the all and the one and beveling angle while glass thickness is being changed. Same thickness of glass sheet can be process continually. The brightness of finished surface will be almost the same as glass itself. WX261 is 1 bottom spindle, 6 rough & fine spindles and 2 polishing spindles.
1, All grinding and polishing motors are ABB motors.
2, The system is controlled by digital and can be controlled by
Siemens PLC (by customer request).
3, All electric parts using Schneider brand (except Schneider
haven’t produce).
4, The base and crossbeams are made by cast iron.
