YSG-series VVVF adjustable speed three-phase induction motors for
roller tables are newly developed products for meeting the needs of
technology innovation and equipment renewal as well as applications
of AC speed regulation in metallurgical industry. Combined with our
several decades rich experience in manufacturing mill, hoisting and
elevator motors and research achievements in AC VVVF speed
regulation, they possess the advantages of small volume, wide speed
range, reliable operation, easy maintenance, etc. The motors are
provided with heat-resistant lubricating grease and re-feeding
device and their mechanical construction is also strengthened. With
high overload capacity, they are able to operate continuously or
intermittently under the serve conditions of high temperature and
dusty environment, and undergo impact load, such as frequent
starting and braking, repeated change of direction rotation, plug
braking, etc. The technical requirements of the motors comply with
the stipulations of the international IEC60034-1 standard and the
state GB755 standard, and the overall technical index has taken the
lead in our country. They can be matched with the abroad various
frequency converters and conducive to energy saving and automatic
control.
YSG-series motors for roller tables can be classified as Type YSGa
and Type YSGb according to their mechanical characteristics. With a
relatively soft mechanical characteristic, Type YSGa motors feature
high locked torque, low locked current and high dynamic constant,
capable of direct starting at full voltage and achieving frequent
starting, braking and reversing operation. Controlled by frequent
converter, they can operate for speed regulation ranging from 30 to
80 Hz. The motors are mainly used to drive rollers of working
tables running on S5 duty. With a relatively hard mechanical
characteristic, Type YSGb motors make a feature of good performance
for VVVF speed regulation, and can realize such a wide speed range
for constant torque from 5 to 50 Hz and constant power from 50 to
80 Hz. They are mainly used to drive rollers of conveying tables
running on S1 duty. Controlled by frequent converter, the motors
can make use of its low frequency starting and braking functions
and also achieve frequent starting, braking and reversing
operation, for driving rollers of working tables running on S5
duty.
