PP/PE fully welded filter bag used for multi bag filter housing

requirements for different filtration processes. Our micron grade
liquid filter bag can economically remove any solid form tiny
particles in the liquid flow. The solids in liquid can be
accurately fast, easily blocked inside the filter bag to keep
liquid clean. The filter bag structure is strong so that the liquid
can keep high speed flow.The selection of the filter bag should be
based on the liquid properties, and the chemical conditions at that
time.

How to replace the filter bag
Change-out Pressure Differential: The recommended bag filter change-out pressure differential across the bag media is 0.10MPA ( 15 PSI). Continuing beyond this point will result not only in rapid flow rate reduction and contaminant unloading, but also increase the risk of filter rupture. The max differential pressure allowed is 0.23 MPA( 35PSI).
Removal of use filter: During operation, the filter media many be embedded into perforated on the basket under excessive pressure, making it difficult to remove the bag filter.When this happens, don’t use excessive force to pull the bag, as it will break the ultrasonic welding line and detach the seal ring form the bag body. To safely remove the bag, shake the basket rapidly and then use a spine motion to separate the bag from the basket, slowly pull the use bag filter out.
The principle filtration --- liquid filter bag filtration
This kind filter is pressure filtration, the whole system includes
three parts: bag filter housing,supporting basket and filter bags.
The flow materials enter to the top of the filter housing, and flow
the inside of the filter bag to the outer side of the filter bag,
whole materials are uniformly distributed on the surface.The
particles in the liquid are captured inside of the filter bag, no
leakage, easy operation, high efficiency, big amount materials can
be treated, filter bag with long life span. It is energy saving
products in liquid filtration industry, can be applied for any
kinds of preliminary , middle and fine filtration.The filtration
system design needs to consider process conditions such as working
temperature, pressure , viscosity, flow rate, impurity types,
contents and particles size and so on , as well as storage volume,
opening method, planned filter bag replacement frequency and
production costs.
