It is a compact box frame, three-directional extrusion press specialized in producing shafts for bicycle, and other shafts. The main cylinder is for mould locking, another two cylinders are respectively on two sides for extruding process. We provide a completion production solution including feeding ingot, extruding, ejecting.

Main cylinders and side cylinders are equipped with speed-increasing cylinders for speeding up approach speed and return speed. The oil tank and strong current cabinet is on the top of the press suitable for quick liquid-filling

Mitsubishi PLC is installed in the weak current cabinet.
All travel switches are proximity switches which ensures accurate positioning.
