220V surge arrester for household appliances, 4P 80KATRS9-B80 protector.
Product introduction
Surge protector is a lightning protection measure adopted by
Zhejiang toer Electric Co., Ltd., which is independently developed
and produced for electrical system. Its core components are
composed of multistage graphite gap. Reasonable design and precise
processing of spark and twisting together form a sealing mechanism
to ensure the safety distance of spark gap, even in surge current.
When it passes through, there will not be any arc leakage. It will
effectively protect the device against surge and over voltage.
Working principle of product
The working principle of surge protector is a high resistance open
state with a low voltage, low resistance and short circuit state at
high pressure, and a combination of over voltage protection
electronic devices which can withstand hundreds of amperes and
large current in parallel on the power supply line and signal
transmission line. When encountering lightning and high voltage and
high current, it will appear short circuit immediately, and at the
same time, the total power switch will be disconnected, so that the
device will be protected.
Product specification
1. Rated Operating Voitage(UC):275V
2. Voltage protective level(UP):1.7KV
3. Max discharge current(IMAX):80KA
4. Nominal discharge current(IN):40KA
5. Ressponse time(NS):<25
Product features
1. self protection voltage is more than self protection, automatic
disconnection and recovery.
2. with the power status indication, indicating the working state
of surge protector
.
3. alarm indicating device, normal (green), red (fault).
Notice of product
1. in order to avoid unnecessary induction loops, we should mark
the PE conductor of each device.
2. data line: more than 2.5mm2; when the length of more than 0.5
meters of more than 4mm2
3. generally speaking, it is better to separate the protected
conductor from the non protected conductor, and it should be
separated from the ground wire. At the same time, in order to avoid
transient orthogonal coupling between power cables and
communication cables, necessary measurements should be made.
