Brief introduction
TRSS-RJ45/8 type network lightning arrester is suitable for
multiple network signal line centralized protection. It is mainly
used for lightning (over voltage) protection along network signal
lines, such as 8, 16 and 24 Ethernet switches. In view of the
characteristics of the network system, the selection of high
quality and low capacitance gas discharge tube, TVS and other
devices has the advantages of small insertion loss, fast response
speed, accurate clamping, low output pressure and so on.
Working principle of product
The working principle of network lightning arrester is to present
high resistance open state with a low voltage, low resistance short
circuit state at high pressure, and a combination of over voltage
protection electronic devices which can withstand hundreds of
amperes and large current in parallel on power supply line and
signal transmission line. When encountering lightning and high
voltage and high current, it will appear short circuit immediately,
and at the same time, the total power switch will be disconnected,
so that the computer equipment will be protected.
The lightning arrester can effectively protect the power equipment. Once the abnormal voltage appears, the lightning arrester will play a protective role. When the protected device is running under normal working voltage, the arrester will not work, and it will be regarded as a circuit for the ground. Once the high voltage is present and the insulation of the protected equipment is endangered, the lightning arrester acts immediately and leads the high voltage impact current to the earth, thus limiting the amplitude of the voltage and protecting the insulation of the electrical equipment. When the overvoltage is gone, the arrester is restored to its original state quickly, so that the system can supply electricity normally. The main function of the lightning arrester is to reduce the voltage value of the protected equipment through the action of parallel discharge gap or nonlinear resistance, and to reduce the voltage value of the protected equipment, so as to protect the power equipment.

Use of attention
1. lightning protector's input port (IN) is connected to the signal
channel, and the output terminal (OUT) is connected with the input
end of the protected device, so it cannot be connected to the
reverse side.
2. please choose the network switch lightning protector which is
the same as the protected device's interface type.
3. lightning protection device IN as input and OUT as output, the
input end is connected with the outside, and the output end of the
input end of the connecting device is protected.
4. this product needs no special maintenance. The lightning
arrester should be checked regularly, especially in the
thunderstorm season and the whole thunderstorm period. When the
system fails to doubt the lightning arrester, the lightning
arrester can be dismantled and rechecked. If the system is restored
to normal after the restoration to the state before use, it
indicates that the lightning arrester has been damaged and must be
replaced immediately.
