WHAT RESULTS IN HIGH EFFICIENCY OF WAN BEARDSLEY AIR COMPRESSOR?
- Variable frequency
- Variable frequency air compressors can start steadily in the soft start mode, which could reduce power consumption at the start of the compressor.
- Variable frequency air compressors set the minimum pressure of production equipment as the standard pressure. Rotation speed of variable frequency air compressors can fluctuate according to pressures of pipes, so as to guarantee constant pressure of pipes and reduce power consumption caused by pressure loss.
- Power consumption of ordinary air compressors in idle load is only 45% of that in full load. Variable frequency air compressors are free from loading and unloading, so permanent magnet variable frequency air compressors consume no power at these two stages.
- Improve operation efficiency
