MS120 is a one component sealant prepared based on MS resin. It has good sealing performance and cohesion, no corrosion, no pollution to the adhered substrate, no pollution to the environment, and good bonding performance to metal, galvanized sheet, stainless steel, sheet metal and other materials.

Directions for Use
Bonding m aterial pretreatment
The surface of the bonded substrate must be clean and dry without dust, oil and water stains.

Construction
Ambient temperature and humidity have a great impact on the surface drying and curing of sealant. It is
recommended that the construction ambient temperature is 5 ~ 35 ℃, and the humidity is 50 ~ 70% RH. The sealing node part can be decorated and scraped with a scraper or hard foam strip, and some details can be smoothed with soapy water.
If MS120 will be in contact with polyurethane adhesive during application, MS120 can be used for construction only after the polyurethane adhesive is completely cured.

Cleaning
Uncured MS120 can be removed from tools or equipment with cleaning agent or appropriate solvent. Once
cured, it can only be removed mechanically, and the surface shall be cleaned.

Storage: Sealed and stored in a low temperature and dry place. It is recommended to store in an environment with a temperature of 5~25 ℃ and a humidity of ≤ 50% RH.

Storage period: 9 months
Transportation: moisture proof, rain proof, sun proof, high temperature proof, keep away from heat source, handle with care, and do not squeeze or collide.

Substrates preparation

A. All surface must be clean and dry, degrease and wash off any contaminates that could impair adhesion.

B.Certain plastic may require specific surface treatment to obtain optimum adhesion. Such as the polypropylene, which should need chemical corrosion or plasma treatments?



How to apply

A. Apply a bead of neutral sealant to one of the prepared surface, and then quickly cover with the other substrate to be bonded.

B. On exposure to moisture, the freshly applied material will “skin over” in about 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature and 50% relative humidity. The surface is easily tooled with a spatula.
