This integrated sealed type coating pan machine consist of sugar coating pan machine, sealed cabinet, wind supplying system, dedusting system, and electric control system, mainly used for sugar film coating for tablet /pelllet/ pills, honey pellet making, water pill & drop pill making, etc. Completely meets GMP requirement, and ensure the quality of tablet & pill, because of its high efficiency, energy saving. |

♦Working Principle and Main Function:
The new closed type coating machine, mianly composed of PLC automatic control system, sugarcoating pan, hot air system, automatic liquid supply and air supply spraying system, dedust and exhaust unit etc.
Coating pan isolates from external surrounding, the rotational speed of coating pan is controllable according to the working process and production requirement.
The complete working process of coating, spraying and dedusting can be setted and automatically controlledinside the isolated cabinet, which perfectly meets the GMP requirement and keep the pill, pellet, tablet away from pollution.
