HG114 ERW pipe making machine is used to manufacture weld steel pipe of Φ50mm-Φ114mm with 1.5mm-5.4mm of wall thickness, can produce profiled pipe also within the limit of processing round pipe. After we absorbed advanced pipe making technology from both abroad and domestic, our innovative designed production line and each single unit of the production line is not only economical but also practical.

(1) Round Pipe: Φ50-Φ114mm

Thickness: 1.5-5.4mm

(2) Square and Rectangle Pipe: 40X40-90X90mm

Thickness: 1.5-4.0mm

(4) Length of Steel Pipe: 6-12m

(II) Strip steel

Low carbon steel and low alloy steel: δb≤500Mpa

δs≤235Mpa

Scroll up→Uncoil→Flattening→Cutting head, tail→Strip Steel head-tail butt welding→Looping storage→Confectioning→High-frequency induction welding
