Self Cleaning Horizontal Decanter Centrifuge China Especially For Desulfurization Sludge
1. Overview
Desulfurization sludge centrifuge is a horizontal spiral discharge
and continuous operation sedimentation equipment.
The working principle of this type of separator is: the drum and
the screw rotate at a certain differential speed in the same
direction and high speed, and the material is continuously
introduced into the inner cylinder of the feeding screw through the
feed pipe, and then enters the drum after acceleration. Under the
action of the centrifugal force field, the heavier solid matter is
deposited on the drum wall to form a sediment layer. The conveying
screw continuously pushes the deposited solids to the cone end of
the drum and discharges them out of the machine through the slag
discharge port. The lighter liquid phase forms an inner liquid
ring, which continuously overflows the drum from the overflow port
at the large end of the drum and is discharged out of the machine
through the drain port.
This machine can continuously feed, separate, wash and discharge materials at full speed. It is characterized by compact structure, continuous operation, stable operation, strong adaptability, large production capacity and convenient maintenance. It is suitable for separating suspensions with particle size greater than 0.005mm and concentration range of 2-40%. It is widely used in chemical, light industry, pharmaceutical, food, environmental protection and other industries.
2. Working principle
The sludge enters the desulfurized sludge centrifuge from the feed
pipe. Under the high-speed rotation of the drum, the heavier solids
are thrown to the drum wall, and the lighter liquids are squeezed
to the center of the drum. Under the differential speed of the
screw and the drum, the solids settled on the drum wall are pushed
by the screw conveyor to the slag outlet at the small end of the
drum and discharged out of the machine. The liquid is discharged
out of the machine through the overflow hole at the large end of
the drum.
3. Model selection
Selecting a suitable desulfurized sludge centrifuge can not only
solve the problem of sludge desulfurization and separation, improve
work efficiency, but also save production costs and reduce business
risks. The main factors affecting model selection are as follows:
1. Speed of desulfurized sludge centrifuge: generally, the speed of desulfurized sludge centrifuge should be more than 3000 rpm. The higher the speed, the higher the separation factor of desulfurized sludge centrifuge, and the better the separation effect. |
2. Material of desulfurized sludge centrifuge: different materials have different physical and chemical indexes such as wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Generally, the lowest material of desulfurized sludge centrifuge is 316L, or duplex stainless steel, and the wear element must be made of ceramic composite material. |
3. Centrifuge differential control: different differential control precision is different, and the difference in life and maintenance cost is large. The higher the differential precision, the better the adaptability to materials, so it is appropriate to select equipment with high differential precision. |
4. Length-diameter ratio: the greater the length-diameter ratio of the desulfurized sludge centrifuge, the greater its processing capacity and the lower its moisture content. |
5. Control system: whether it is automatic programming control. At present, domestic and foreign equipment manufacturers have basically realized the full automatic control of the equipment. |
6. Installed power: it affects the control of energy consumption, and generally the energy consumption ratio of domestic equipment is high, while the energy consumption ratio of foreign equipment is low. |
7. Processing and manufacturing process: Desulfurized sludge centrifuge is a separation equipment with high precision processing requirements. The products produced by enterprises without precision processing capacity have high maintenance rate and limited processing capacity. |
