Disc Oil Separator Description:

DHZ separator is the equipment which special for oil refining that is of high speed, stable, hermetic, efficient and fully automated. All parts & components contacting materials are made of stainless steel, can effectively minimize chemical reaction between the materials to be separated and part surface contacted. The separated light and heavy phase materials will be output by two centripetal pumps of different sizes.

This machine is fed upper, so it has very low inlet pressure for materials. The driving of the separator employs hydraulic coupler and a pair of helical step-up gears, power is transmitted by liquid, so it can step up steadily and have overload protection.

The separator mainly consists of inlet/outlet, drum, cover, vertical shaft, cross shaft, stand, motor and automatic control box, etc.

Preparation before turning on

Before first startup, one must check the oil tank and clear it, fill in lubricant (Mobil super gear oil 600XP150/ISO VG 150), the oil level is up to the middle graduation in the level meter. Before installing the cover, please check that there is no sundries surrounding the drum, release the brake, rotate the drum CW, it shall rotate smoothly without any abnormality. Only after that, can one install the cover and inlet/outlet, and connect the pipe

Check the pressure of operation water, open the supply valve for that
