Description
DHNZ separator is mainly used in milk processing industry, continually separate out cream and defatted milk from pure milk, at the same time remove the impurities and sediments, and it also can realize milk standardization according to fat content.
DHNZ separator is auto-discharged one, its discharge is controlled
by computer and PLC, is highly automated. Client can settle
discharge intervals and quantity without stop feed milk. Advantages
as following: high automatization, high adaptability, easy
regulation, ideal separation effects.
The driving of the separator employs hydraulic coupler and a pair of helical step-up gears, power is transmitted by liquid, so it can step up steadily and carry out overload protection.
The separator is equipped with an automatic control cabinet. It consists of an industrial computer and auto overload protector, is highly automated, highly adaptive to change in process, easy to adjust, can greatly reduce the operation labor of workers.
