This spray technology is widely used in atomization and humidification (moisturizing, heat preservation, antistatic), chemical mixing production (promoting reaction speed), spray drying granulation (liquid, metal granulation), paint spraying (solar panels, fuel cells, glass). It will gradually replace the traditional pressure spraying. The equipment features a unique soft spray feature, which greatly reduces the backspray, thereby reducing the cost and air pollution.
The nozzle is a device to obtain high energy and high speed of
atomizing medium in atomization device, and it is also a key
component which plays an important role in atomization efficiency
and stability of atomization process. Its function is to control
the flow rate and flow pattern of atomizing medium. The atomizer is
actually a converter, which converts the kinetic energy of the high
pressure gas into the energy of the metal surface. The nozzles are
made of high strength titanium alloy and other proprietary metals,
making them particularly resistant to chemical corrosion and
providing superior acoustic performance. We provide six types of
ultrasonic atomizers: long nozzle type, wide spray type, probing
