Industrial Ultrasonic Anilox Roller Cleaner 40khz for Printer
I. The frequency of the ultrasonic cleaning machine shall be within
the range recommended by the manufacturer, and the best frequency
obtained from multiple trials shall be used for cleaning. The
higher the ultrasonic frequency is, the smaller the volume and the
weaker the strength of the bubbles in the liquid. Generally, the
recommended frequency is 40KHz. At this frequency, the smallest
bubbles will be generated to wash in the mesh cavity. However, due
to the different properties of the anilox roll and the design of
the ultrasonic cleaner, the recommended frequency is only for
reference.
2. The temperature of the cleaning agent will also affect the
cleaning quality. If the temperature is high, the viscosity of the
cleaning agent will be low, and the amount of bubbles in the liquid
will increase, thus increasing the ability of ultrasonic cleaning.
The temperature of cleaning agent shall be generally controlled at
40-60 ℃, and the cleaning agent must be a special ultrasonic
cleaning agent.
3. The time control of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is very
important, because the longer the ultrasonic emission time is, the
more likely it is to damage the surface of the anilox roll and the
mesh cavity wall. At present, ultrasonic cleaning machines in many
countries in Europe and America have pretreatment systems.
Generally speaking, the safe cleaning time to ensure that the
anilox roll is not damaged is not more than 5 minutes. In actual
operation, it needs to be adjusted according to different anilox
rolls.
IV. the essence of ultrasonic cleaning is not to achieve the
purpose of cleaning by vibration, which is only the inevitable
by-product of the transducer when it works; the higher the mass
density of the cleaned object, the co vibration effect will be
produced, so as long as there is no defective object, the general
micro vibration will not have consequences. However, ceramic anilox
roll is a high-density and brittle object. If there is any damage
and crack, the co vibration will make it more expanded (the metal
roll does not have this situation), so it should be carefully
checked before cleaning. However, the cracked ceramic anilox roll
itself belongs to the damaged one. Even if the ultrasonic cleaning
machine is not used to clean it with other methods, it is extremely
easy to aggravate the damage, just like the cracked bowl and other
porcelain.
