Underwater Submersible Ultrasonic Transducers for Cleaning 40khz/28khz/25khz
Scope of application:
Matching with the original water tank to become a water tank with
ultrasonic cleaning function, it is widely used in optical,
photovoltaic and electroplating industries.
The vibration plate is divided into: input type ultrasonic vibration plate, flange type vibration plate and detachable ultrasonic vibration plate. Split structure is adopted, high frequency wire with socket is used to connect the vibration plate and ultrasonic generator, which is convenient for use and maintenance.
1. The detachable ultrasonic vibration plate is characterized by
that it can be opened at any time to check the vibration condition
inside, the vast majority of which are bolted connection, will not
be deformed due to welding, so it is durable; maintenance is
convenient, installation is simple, suitable for large-scale
automatic optical cleaning machine, manual mobile phone glass
ultrasonic cleaning machine and other equipment installation and
use; installation layout is flexible. The ultrasonic radiation
surface can be arranged on the bottom, side or top of the cleaning
tank as required.
2. The shock plate is all stainless steel structure alkali and acid
resistant, and the surface of the shock plate is plated with hard
chromium. The ultrasonic transducer adopts high-quality and
high-performance products with high efficiency of electroacoustic
conversion.
3. The split structure is adopted, and the high-frequency wire with
socket is used between the vibration plate and the ultrasonic
generator, which is convenient for use and maintenance.
4. The installation layout is flexible, and the ultrasonic
radiation surface can be arranged at the bottom, side or top of the
cleaning tank according to the needs.
5. The ultrasonic vibration plate can be customized according to
the customer's requirements. It is suitable for cleaning before
electroplating parts, clock parts, hardware and mechanical parts,
polyester filter element, semiconductor silicon wafer, tools,
lenses, spectacle frames, jewelry, glass, utensils and other
industries. It should be widely used.
