Equipment Overview:
After the metal materials are extruded into wires, there is often a
layer of carbonized film and oil on the outside of the metal wires
(such as gold wire, silver wire, tantalum wire, tungsten wire,
molybdenum wire, niobium wire and copper wire). With traditional
cleaning methods, it is difficult to remove the dirt (especially
the whole wire). Ultrasonic wire washing machine is a kind of
continuous wire walking and efficient cleaning equipment designed
according to the actual production needs. Beijing Taiyuan Dachuang
has specially designed a multi groove type on-line ultrasonic
cleaning system for wire materials in industrial production.
Through the effective ultrasonic rough washing, ultrasonic fine
washing, ultrasonic rinsing, cold hot air water cutting process,
the oil stain on the surface of the wire material is cleaned and
dried. The cleaning tank is mainly composed of cleaning tank,
liquid storage tank, ultrasonic system, circulating pump, filter
and supporting pipeline system.
