Brief introduction of vibrator of ultrasonic cleaner:
Ultrasonic wave refers to the electromagnetic wave whose frequency
is about 20 khz-50 MHz. It is a kind of mechanical wave, which
needs energy carrier medium to transmit. There is an alternating
period of positive and negative pressure in the process of
ultrasonic transmission. In the positive phase, the medium
molecules are squeezed to increase the original density of the
medium; in the negative phase, the medium molecules are sparse and
discrete, and the density of the medium decreases. That is to say,
ultrasound can not polarize the molecules in the sample, but cause
acoustic cavitation between the solvent and the sample, leading to
the formation, growth and explosive compression of bubbles in the
solution, thus dispersing the solid sample, increasing the contact
area between the sample and the extraction solvent, and increasing
the mass transfer rate of the target from solid to liquid. In
industrial applications, the use of ultrasound for cleaning,
drying, sterilization, atomization and non-destructive testing is a
very mature and widely used technology.
Ultrasound vibrating rod generates radial vibration of rod body
through high-power and large-amplitude transducer. Ultrasound is
generated uniformly at 360 degrees near the vibrating rod. Its
amplitude is between the ultrasonic cleaner and the processor.
Therefore, the direction of use is flexible. The ultrasonic
vibrator can be used for cleaning any tank body, and can be placed
anywhere in the cleaning tank. The occupied volume space is very
small, and it can be used very flexibly. It can be used in the
reactor to accelerate dissolution, reaction and prevent scaling on
the inner wall.
