Working Principle
The function principle of ultrasonic vibrating screen is adding an
ultrasonic energy transforming device on the screen surface of 3-D
vibro separator and filter. This device can make the screen surface
superpose ultrahigh frequency vibratory energy so that ultrasonic
vibrating sieve can keep clear of the mesh and achieve the ideal
screen situation. Ultrasonic vibrating screen is usually used in
screening superfine powder, which the ordinary vibrating screen can
not solved.

Screen 1. According to the identification of the connection line of
the ultrasonic generator, the interface is inserted directly and
locked, so that the power supply of the ultrasonic generator and
the ultrasonic interface of the screen machine are connected
correctly. 2. Turn the power supply of the ultrasonic generator to
the minimum, turn on the power switch of the ultrasonic generator,
and investigate whether the ammeter is abnormal. (Under normal
circumstances, the current should be less than 200 mA). 3. Check
and debug the three-dimensional vibration screening filter, and
make the material trajectory reach the standard trajectory. 4. Run
the three-component vibration screening filter (rotary screening),
slightly feed and fine-tune the power supply of the ultrasonic
generator to fine-tune the rotation and torsion, so that the screen
reaches an ideal state. (Current should be less than 200 mA)
