This specification product is known as "ultrasonic transducer",

Ultrasound cleaning transducer generally adopts horn-shaped
composite array structure (belongs to Rangevin oscillator
structure), which consists of front and rear metal cover plate,
piezoelectric ceramic wafer, prestressing screw, electrode plate,
and insulating sleeve. With proper prestressing force, the
transducer has good electromechanical conversion efficiency under
the condition of high power and high amplitude.
Ultrasound cleaning is precisely through the transducer generated
by the ultrasonic vibration, cavitation effect in the water
produced by the instantaneous high-pressure cavitation, impact the
cleaned object and achieve good cleaning effect.
