The ultrasonic cleaning transducer mainly consists of shell, sound
window (matching layer), piezoelectric ceramic disc transducer,
backing, lead cable, Cymbal array receiver and so on. Among them,
the piezoelectric ceramic disk transducer plays the same role as
the general transducer, mainly used for transmitting and receiving
ultrasonic waves; and on the top of the piezoelectric ceramic disk
transducer is a Cymbal array receiver, mainly composed of lead
cable, Cymbal transducer, metal ring and rubber washer, which is
used as an ultrasonic receiver to receive the Doppler generated
outside the frequency band of the piezoelectric ceramic disk

Ultrasound dishwasher cleaning transducer is actually piezoelectric
ceramics with the same frequency as its resonant frequency. It uses
piezoelectric effect of material to convert electric energy into
