The transducer is an energy converter, which can converted the high frequency, high power current, output of power supply into reciprocating mechanical energy of the ultrasonic vibration, the vibration frequency output of drive power with the same frequency as the current. To further enlarge the amplitude of ultrasonic energy input to the place where we need.

The transducer uses different piezoelectric materials to explain that:

1. The black chip is P4 series, which is a medium power emitting material with dual transmitting and receiving characteristics. With low dielectric loss and high mechanical quality factor, it is mainly used in ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic atomization and so on.
2. The Yellow chip is P8 series, which is a high-power emission material with high mechanical quality factor.
   Good stability, very low dielectric loss, especially suitable for making high-power ultrasonic transducers. Widely used in Ultrasonic welding, ultrasonic emulsification, ultrasonic polishing, ultrasonic cleaning and so on.

Comparison of different chip transducers:

1. The change of the capacitance of the transducer assembled by the Yellow chip is low and the loss of the strong field is small, so the heat is low and the heat stability is better than the same drive line. The water spray displays a stable and large impact on the cleaning load, which is a regular pattern.
2. Black chip transducer has high electromechanical coupling coefficient and high Curie temperature, so the efficiency of electro acoustic conversion is high. It has higher stability and higher temperature resistance than other products of general P4 series. The water spray is characterized by high water column and rich hand feel, but high sensitivity to cleaning load.

3. Use occasion (suggestion): high frequency (above 40K) or small power transducer (below 60W) using black chip assembly.
   The transducer, low-frequency or high-power transducer, uses yellow chip assembled transducer.
