Laboratory Ultrasonic Cleaner Generator , 1000W Ultrasonic Signal Generator
The high frequency oscillating signal produced by ultrasonic
generator by ultrasonic generator is transmitted to medium -
cleaning solvent through transducer conversion into high frequency
mechanical oscillation. Ultrasonic wave is used to remove the
forward radiation in the cleaning liquid and make the liquid flow
to produce tens of thousands of tiny bubbles with a diameter of
50-500 mu m. The tiny bubbles in the liquid vibrate under the
action of the sound field. These bubbles form and grow in the
negative pressure region of the longitudinal ultrasonic wave, while
in the positive pressure region, when the sound pressure reaches a
certain value, the bubbles rapidly increase and then suddenly
close. And when the bubble is closed, a shock wave is produced,
which produces thousands of atmospheric pressure around it,
destroying insoluble contaminants and dispersing them in the
cleaning fluid. When the group particles are coated with oil and
adhered to the surface of the cleaning parts, the oil is
emulsified, solid particles and disconnected, thus purifying the
cleaning parts. In this process called "cavitation" effect, bubble
closure can form several Baidu high temperatures and instantaneous
high pressures of more than 1000 air pressures.
The advantages of the ultrasonic cleaning machine are: the
ultrasonic cleaning effect is good and the operation is simple. The
sound that people hear is the acoustic signal of frequency
20-20000Hz. The sound wave above 20000Hz is called ultrasonic wave.
The transmission of sound waves propagate in the longitudinal
direction of the sinusoidal curve, producing a large number of
small bubbles. One reason is that the local tensile stress is
formed in the liquid to form a negative pressure, and the decrease
of the pressure makes the original gas dissolve in the liquid, and
it escapes from the liquid to become a small bubble; the other is
that the strong tensile stress is "tearing" the liquid to a hole,
called cavitation.
