The JaourMelt® 3810U is a synthetic rubber based hot melt adhesive specifically developed for femcare positioning application of nonwoven disposable products, premium grade. The product is florescent free with water white in color, low odor, and with very good heat resistance. It provides smooth peel strength, excellent transfer resistance and ageing performance.

OPERATING GUIDES
The material can be applied by all types of slot applicators.
Suggested operation temperature is 130 – 150°C,depending on
machines, substrates, and plant conditions.
FDA STATUS
The product complies with the FDA Indirect Food Contact Regulation
of 21 CFR 175.105, “Adhesives”.
PACKAGE
1kg block wrapped with meltable film, 20kg/box, or with siliconized
release paper, 20kg/box.Please consult the sales representative for
special requirements.
STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
The intact packing material can be stored indoor for 24 months,
from the date of manufacture, in its original packages under dry
and clean conditions at ambient temperature below 350C and above
100°C.Direct sunlight and moisture condensation must be prevented.
OPERATING PRECAUTIONS
Do not mix with other adhesives to prevent contamination. The
material is applied hot. Appropriate personal protective clothing
and eye protection are strongly recommended to prevent burns.
Adequate ventilation is suggested to remove any vapors or fumes
generated. Rotate stocks and using the oldest stock first.
HAZARDS INDENTIFICATION
The product is not considered as hazardous within the meaning of
the valid (EU) preparation directive.
Skin Contact :Molten product adheres to the skin may cause burns
Eye Contact:Direct contact may cause eye irritation.
Inhalation : Negligible hazard at ambient temperature. Vapors
and/or aerosols which may be formed at elevated temperature may be
irritating to eyes and respiratory tract.
Ingestion : No evidence of harmful effects from available
information.
FIRST-AIDS MEASURES
Skin Contact :Molten product. Immediately cool down the affected
area by flushing with cold water to dissipate heat. Seek medical
attention.
Eye Contact :If hot, immediately cool down the affected area by
flushing with cold water to dissipate heat. Get medical attention
promptly.
Inhalation : Move to fresh area. Get medical attention if
irritation persists.
Ingestion : No harmful effect expected.
FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES
Extinguishing media : Water spray, foam, dry chemicals, and carbon
dioxide.
Unsuitable Extinguishing media : Water in a jet may disperse fire.
Special protection equipments for firefighters :
Use adequate personal protective equipments and self contained
breathing apparatus.
Unusual fire and explosion hazards :
Not classified as flammable but will burn. Hazardous combustion
products may
include carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide.
