No, the drilling rig is powered by diesel engine or electric motor which is separated from the power of car. And they are all together with the car, so that the drilling machine can be transported easily.

2: What is the max depth and the max diameter of holes?

Theoretically speaking, the 90mm to 1200mm in max diameter and 200m in the max depth are available. Here please note that the real depth and diameter might be different as per your special local working strata
