Hyperspectral Camera Introdcution
The FX series hyperspectral cameras adopt a high transmittance
optical design (F/1.7), which elevates the camera's light
collection ability to a new level. Only one line light source is
needed to meet the equipment needs. However, other spectral
techniques (such as tunable filters and linear filters) require a
larger light source area and several tens of times the light source
intensity when obtaining the same signal-to-noise ratio of the
data. Covering 400-100nm, using scanning imaging method, the full
spectrum imaging speed can reach 670FPS, and has band selection
(ROI) function to achieve higher speed.
The FS series of hyperspectral cameras is specifically designed for
industrial and laboratory use. It operates in line scanning mode in
both visible and near-infrared (VNIR) regions. It is widely used to
scan samples and obtain their reflectance at each pixel. The
results can be used for color quality control or material
separation with different contents. It can be used in laboratories
or installed on production lines. Widely used in various industries
such as agricultural industry, food industry, silk screen industry,
textile industry, etc.
Hyperspectral Camera Advantages
1. Machine vision, color measurement, visible light / near-infrared
detection hyperspectral solution
2. Spectral range:400-700nm / 400-1000nm, spectral sampling/pixel
2.5nm, max. 1.5nm (Changing the slit width can achieve higher
spectral resolution, but will affect the signal strength)
3. Imaging speed: Full Spectral range 41Hz,390Hz after ROI
4. Support multi-region ROI
5. Color difference test : print, textile and other industries
surface color test, texture detection, with special light source
and control system, the repeatability of single pixel of color
measurement can reach dE*ab<0.1.
