Automatic Peanut Frying Production Line Introduction

The frying production line consists of a fryer, a deoiler, an oblique belt conveyor and a mixer. The processed products are crunchy, pure, it the best choice for fried peanuts, broad bean and other nut products.

The temperature, frying time and deoiling time are all automatically controlled by the PC; The frying effect is stable and uniform, and can effectively control the oil content of the food. The device has the advantages of simple operation, safety, labor saving, labor intensity reduction, and the like.

Fried Peanut Production Line Operation:
1. Fryer: Fry the material, contact material part is 304 stainless steel material, with automatic temperature control device, automatic discharge, automatic feeding and automatic stirring function.
2. Oil removal machine: The excess oil on the product is removed by the centrifugal force generated by the rotation. The deoiler is of the lower discharge type. The deoiled material is distributed directly on the inclined conveyor belt from the bottom.
3. Oblique belt conveyor: The material is conveyed to the mixer.
4. Mixing machine: The stainless steel screw device is used to stir the various materials, and the materials are unscrewed by using the positive and negative rotation of the motor. The contact material is stainless steel to ensure the cleanness of the material.
