36V DC Under Voltage Monitoring Relay 2 C/O Output Contacts LED
Indication
The voltage drop will damage the lines and electrical equipment.
For example, if the motor is worn down or blocked, an overcurrent
of several times the rated current will be generated and the motor
will be burned out. When the voltage recovers, the self-start of a
large number of motors will cause the voltage of the motor to drop
drastically and cause damage. The voltage that causes the motor to
wear out is called the critical voltage. When the line voltage is
reduced to the critical voltage, the action of protecting the
electrical equipment is called undervoltage protection. Its task is
mainly to prevent the equipment from being burned due to overload.
Generator undervoltage protection mainly considers the following
two purposes:
1. When the generator is in the power supply state, when the
voltage is too low, it will be disconnected from the power grid to
avoid adverse effects on the electrical load.
2. When the generator is in the cut-off state, when the voltage is
too low, it cannot be switched on to ensure the power supply
quality.
Undervoltage protection appliances are contactors and
electromagnetic voltage relays. In the electrical control circuit
of the machine tool, only a few circuits are specially equipped
with electromagnetic voltage relays, and most of the control
circuits do not increase the under voltage protector because the
contactors have the undervoltage protection function. Generally,
contactor (or voltage relay) contacts are released when the grid
voltage drops below 85% of rated voltage.
And this product is used with contactor
