The motor is easier to burn the winding than in the past because of

especially overloads, short circuits, phase loss, brooms, etc.
The traditional protection device has a poor protection effect. It
is the traditional motor protection device that mainly includes
fuses and thermal relays. Fuse is mainly used for short-circuit
protection. The selection of fuse current needs to consider the
starting current of the motor. Therefore, using a fuse alone to
protect the motor is not desirable. Thermal relay is the most
widely used motor overload protection device, but the thermal relay
has low sensitivity, large error, poor stability and unreliable
protection. This is precisely the fact that, although many devices
have thermal relays installed, the phenomenon of motor damage that
affects normal production still prevails. The traditional
protection device has not yet been able to realize the motor wear
monitoring, rotor eccentric monitoring products.
