Stator winding machine is designed with auto fixture assembly. It can complete the winding fully automatic since the operator place the paper inserted stator core onto the holder.

2 poles stator winding machine has 2 holders and 2 fliers, which enable to do 2 stators winding at the same time, and also 2 non-wound insulation material inserted stator in the queue to take over 2 wound stators, which is convenient for the on-line production.
