Description of Benchtop Co2 Laser Marking Machine


Carbon dioxide CO2 laser marking machine is a kind of gas laser machine, its wavelength is 10.64um, which belongs to the mid-infrared frequency range. Co2 laser has larger power and higher electro-optical conversion efficiency. It uses Co2 gas as a working substance. The Co2 gas and other auxiliary gases are charged into the discharge tube. When a high voltage is applied to the electrode, a glow discharge is generated in the discharge tube to release the laser molecules from the gas molecules. The laser energy released is amplified and converted into a laser beam. The laser beam path is changed by a computer-controlled galvanometer to achieve automatic marking.


This section of the core components are all imported, such as Co2 RF tube, high-speed scanning galvanometer. Guaranteed high engraving accuracy and speed, performance and stability, able to work continuously for a long time.


Working Principles of Benchtop Co2 Laser Marking Machine


Using an infrared light band, a 10.64 μm gas laser, a carbon dioxide gas is charged into a high-voltage discharge tube to generate a glow discharge, so that gas molecules release a laser beam, and the laser energy is amplified to form a laser beam for processing the material. Gasification of the surface of the workpiece achieves the purpose of engraving.
