500A Automatic TIG Longitudinal Argon Arc Seam Welding Machine
Automatic Longitudinal Seam Welder series are mainly used for welding longitudinal seam of thin sheet.
It adopts cantilever type, and it is mainly composed of frame, fingers-type clamping unit, water-cooling mandrel, travelling carriage, crossing slider, wire feeder and torch holder. Fingers-type clamping unit owns special push from air cell, pressure of air cell is adjusted between 0 to 7kg/cm2, and the distance of two banks of fingers between 5 to 20mm to satisfy various welding seam width; Water-cooling mandrel is designed according the work pieces' diameter and length to ensure the strength. The top of mandrel is inserted water-cooling insert with groove for heat-sink cooling. It is adjustable in mandrel height to handle various material thicknesses. Beam is fitted with travel carriage which is moved straightly by track and driving unit, variable speed.
Main Features and Applications:
1) Automatic Argon Arc(Plasma) Straight Seam Welding Machine mainly includes two parts: specially designed Straight Seam Automatic Machinery Part and Standard Welding Source Part.
2) According to different welding requirement of various material,
the Automatic Straight Seam Machinery Part can be designed into two
kinds: Plate Type pressing Mechanism and Keyboard Type Copper
Pressing Mechanism, to get the regular and stable clamping and
cooling effect.
3) Standard welding Source Part includes TIG (tungsten inert gas
shielded arc welding), MIG (metal inert gas shielded arc welding)
MAG (metal active gas arc welding) SAW (submerged arc welding) PAW
(plasma arc welding), etc. Automatic Machinery Part can be equipped
by the standard welding source manufactured by our company , can
also work with other well-known brands of welding power.
4) Automatic Machinery Part is adopted PLC control, DC motor drive has stepless adjustable welding speed and interfaces with any power source.
5) Weld Seam back up design has a groove to form a weld on the bottom of a welded plate and provide consistent gas flow to the back of the weld, to assure the stable gas shield and ensure double-side forming in single side welding.
6) Automatic Straight Seam welding Machine is mainly used for the
high quality and low distortion automatic straight welding, such as
metallic cylinders and aligned plates made with stainless steel,
iron, aluminum and brass, etc.
7) Compared with the traditional manual welding way , high welding
efficiency and speed, well welding quality and good consistency.
