Main introduction of slurry pump
4/3D- is cantilever, horizontal double-shell axial suction centrifugal slurry pump.This type is a metal lined slurry pump suitable for abrasive slag, sand, sludge and silt. Once the wet-end parts are worn out, they can be replaced by the same material, or changed to natural rubber or polyurethane. The dimensions will all match, which is a very obvious advantage of SME slurry pumps. The pump can be driven by electric motor or diesel engine
Features
Pump body pump cover and flow parts: This series of pumps is
horizontal, vertical medium form, double pump shell structure
slurry pump. The pump body and pump cover have replaceable metal
lining, and the inner lining material is high chrome wear
resistant. Alloy material, the inner lining can be used until
wear-through, extending the maintenance period and reducing the
running cost. The outlet direction of the pump can be rotated and
installed at 8 angles.
Bearing assembly: The bearing assembly of the pump adopts a
cylindrical structure, which is convenient for adjusting the
clearance between the impeller and the front guard plate. It can be
removed as a whole during maintenance. The bearing is greased.
Shaft seal (sealing): The shaft seal type of the pump has packing
seal, impeller seal, mechanical seal.
Transmission mode: V-type V-belt drive, flexible coupling drive,
gear reducer drive, hydraulic coupling drive, variable frequency
drive, thyristor speed control, etc. Among them, V-type V-belt
drive has CL, CV, CR, ZL, ZV, ZR transmission.
Overall performance: wide pump performance range, good cavitation
performance, high efficiency. Multi-stage series technology can be
used to meet long-distance transportation. Over-current components
are available in a variety of metals and increase depth. A variety
of variants, so that the pump runs under industrial and mining.
Long service life, high operating efficiency, can meet a variety of
poor transport conditions.
