Instructions for use:


Note: Use a new filter paper liner for each test.

First, pour the contaminated liquid into the filter paper liner to make the filter paper fully wet. Adjust the flow rate of the contaminated liquid and correct the flow rate as specified in Table 1. Observe the flow for at least 10 minutes to ensure that the contaminated liquid flows stably on the surface of the sample between the two electrodes. The contaminated liquid should flow from the shaft hole of the upper electrode and not overflow from the side or top of the filter paper.


Preparation of the sample:


Process the sample into a sheet, preferably 6mm in thickness, 50×120mm in size, drilled with electrode mounting holes, and make a reference mark line at 45mm from the lower edge of the sample, and clean the sample with distilled or deionized water , Make the surface without any dirt, if the sample surface is smooth, it should be slightly polished;
Preparation of filter paper liner:

Use the equipped knife to cut the filter paper into the shape shown in Figure 4, and pad the cut filter paper between the upper electrode and the sample. If you use a thicker filter paper, you usually need to pad 3 to 5 layers.
