Conveyor Belt Vertical Combustion Tester
Test principle:
The sample placed vertically under the specified flame condition is
ignited with a small flame ignition source. After the flame is
removed, the combustion performance of the sample is
comprehensively evaluated by measuring the time of continuous
burning and blazing fire and the air blast of the sample 60 seconds
after the flame is removed, observing the combustion behavior and
measuring the time of continuous burning.
Summary: this equipment uses the test method of small scale flame
(gas burner/alcohol burner) to evaluate the reaction of conveyor
belt in fire, and is applicable to the combustion performance
evaluation of textile core conveyor belt and steel wire core
conveyor belt.It is also suitable for testing the resistance to
spread combustion of plastics and its plastic parts under the
condition of flame combustion.
Application:
The combustion test instrument of conveyor belt is applicable to
the combustion performance test of textile core conveyor belt and
steel wire rope core conveyor belt used in chemical, coal,
metallurgy and electric power industries.It is used to evaluate the
response of conveyor belts in fire.

Note: The torch angle is adjustable. When used as a horizontal
burning test, the burner is adjusted to 45°; when used as a
vertical burning test, the burner is adjusted to 90°.
Burner box:
3.1 Box: 0.5m3, using CNC machine tool molding, arc modeling
beautiful and elegant. High quality SUS304 Stainless material /
paint, with beautiful anti-rust and anti-corrosion features.
3.2 There is an exhaust smoke exhaust system at the top of the box.
When the test is completed, the exhaust gas can be discharged to
the outdoors.During the inspection process, this system is in a
stopped state.
3.3 The front of the box is provided with a tempered glass
observation window that can be sealed during the test, to
facilitate the observation of the test situation.
Burning torch:
4.1 Gas Bunsen burner, in full compliance with the requirements of
GB/T 3685-2009, lamp diameter 10mm.
4.2 Outer diameter of fire exit: Ф 11.5±0.1mm, inner diameter of
fire exit: Ф10±0.1mm, nozzle distance from air
Import height is 200 ± 10mm
4.3 torch angle: 45 degrees with horizontal

Air blast system:
5.1 Using adjustable air blowing device, wind speed adjustment
range: 0.05~2m/s
Temperature measurement system (optional):
6.1 Thermal sensors are highly conductive copper cathodes. Length
is 8.8±0.02mm, diameter: Ф5.5±0.01mm
6.2 Type K Thermocouple with 0.5mm Diameter Stainless Steel Tube,
Intelligent PID Temperature Control Table and Type K Thermocouple
matching. The maximum measurement is 1350°C.
6.3 test system: active type, temperature measurement will be
placed in the test chamber, temperature measurement.
6.4 Equipped with electronic stopwatch: accurate to 0.1S (standby
at temperature check)
Main fixture:
6.1 Test stand: Made of stainless steel, the plane of the bracket
and torch is parallel to the plane of the observation window, which
is convenient for observation and operation.
6.2 Wedge: Add wedges, torches are mounted on wedges, wedges are
mounted on motors.The movable platform can be moved forward and
backward, automatically moving in the sample, without having to
manually push and pull the torch.
6.3 Equipped with a set of scales that can measure flame outer
flame and inner flame.
6.4 Equipped with a 500MM stainless steel ruler accurate to 1MM for
testing purposes.
