Overview:
This machine is a 25 ton flat vulcanizing machine, suitable for pressing various molded products such as rubber and plastic, as well as thin products. The machine bed is a four-column integral structure, and the pressing type is the lower (upward) pressure type, sub-master, fuel tank and electric control box. The main engine is equipped with column plugs, cylinders, fixed plates, movable flat plates and other components. Fuel tanks have oil pumps, pipes, valves and other components. The pump is driven by a motor, the electric control box is equipped with push button switch, magnetic starter, timing alarm, brake temperature controller, overload protector and so on. When the motor overload can automatically cut off the power, the electric heating is divided into three-way temperature control by the automatic temperature controller, and can be arbitrarily adjusted in the range of 20-200 degrees.
