Overview
Aluminum brazing furnace is a kind of brazing equipment for the
aluminum radiator suitable for the brazing process of aluminum
radiator, condenser, evaporator, oil cooler and other products. It
is widely used in electronic, appliances, aerospace, military
equipment, wind power equipment fields and so on.
Continuous protective atmosphere brazing furnace is designed with
reasonable structure and uniform furnace, the workpieces can be
transmit stably with small deformation through the conveyor. The
size of the furnace can be designed and manufactured according to
the specifications and sizes of different products of users and the
production capacity.
Features
- High performance refractory material is adopted to ensure the
superior insulation feature of the furnace with low energy
consumption while empty load. The excellent designing and
manufacturing of the gas distribution system and atmosphere curtain
of the furnace ensure the low consumption of purified nitrogen and
save the furnace atmosphere so as to decrease the production cost.
- The biggest advantage of this type of furnace is that it is
applicable to wide range temperature control, suitable for ceramic
brazing, ceramic and metal welding, as well as soft/hard brazing of
various metal materials. It is equipped with intelligent PID
temperature control system to achieve high precision and stability
of temperature control.
Hard brazing
Brazing solder has a melting point of more than 450°C and high
joint strength,The strength of hard brazing joints is high, some
kinds of brazing solders can be used in high temperature. There are
many kinds of solder for hard brazing, the most widely used solder
based on aluminum, silver, copper, manganese and nickel. Aluminum
base solder is often used for brazing aluminum products.Silver base
copper filler metal is often used for brazing copper and iron
parts.
