Overview

Under the effect of nitrogen protection, the equipment uses non-corrosive brazing agent to continuously braze aluminum medium cooler tank, automobile air conditioning condenser, evaporator, heater fan tank, aluminum oil cooler and other products etc.

Brazing Process:

The surface of the cleaned workpiece is assembled in lap mode and the solder is placed near the joint clearance or between the joint clearance. When the workpiece and solder are heated to a temperature slightly above the solder melting point, the solder melts (the workpiece does not melt), and it is inhaled and filled with between the solid workpiece clearance through capillary. The liquid solder and workpiece metal diffuse and dissolve each other, and the brazing head is formed after condensation.

Brazing Features

• The joint surface is smooth and clean, the air tightness is good, the shape and size are stable, the structure and performance of the welding parts are not changed much, and the same or different metals and some non-metals can be connected.
• When brazed, the workpiece can be heated as a whole, and many welds can be welded at one time, which improves the productivity.
• In order to make the connection of the brazing part firm and enhance the adhesion of the solder, the soldering flux should be used to remove the oxide on the solder and the solder surface.
