Description

Burgeon latest retractable bleacher seating is the latest step in the development of quiet and smooth running retractable seating. Every parts including our slant frame engineering geometry has been designed to enhance the system's operation strength and stablity. The result is a seating system that is quieter to operate, stronger in its design and more user friendly for facility staff.

This is our melody polymer seating series, its features includes :

1. Seat Modules: 460mm minimum spacing, below-molded, high density polyethylene modules in mono tone colors provided with a scuff resistant textured.

2. Comfort Profile: The Seat and the back have been designed with anatomically contoured seat surface using blow molded construction that allows form-fit deflection for maximum spectator comfort.

3. Melody Chair metal brackets are bolted to the plywood decks at the centre's detailed on the drawing. Bolts with Nyloc Nuts and washers are to be used.

4. Fixed melody and melody with folding mechanism are available

Accessories:

1) Variable Row 1: Provide first row recoverable modular seating units to be utilized for both wheelchairs and able-bodied persons.

2) Operating Handles : Provide and install manual operating handles constructed of 19mm OD steel tubing. Handles to engage pull-bar installed at the first tier.

3) Seat Numbers: Provide each plastic seat module oval etched plate. Easy to read black numerals will be on the plate fitted in a vandal resistant recess

4) Row Letters: Provide at each row end of plastic seat a 50mm x 50mm oval etched plate with black numerals.

5) Portable Access Stair: Provide portable stair units with hand rails.

6) Carpeted Decks: Provide at decks and steps carpet as selected. Color to be of manufacturee's standard selection.
