Description:

The total washing line is flowing as : conveyor belt - crusher - screw loader - floating washer - frication machine - dewater - screw loader - hot pipe dryer - silo- cabinet. Our capacity can be supplized: 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 1000kg/h, 1500kg/h. Our HDPE washing line can also use this LDPE washing line. Just change the crusher screen.

Function:

1. Our machine line includes full automatic or half-automatic line, you can choose each;

2. We have SGS certifcation, past CE certifcation

3. Parts which contact material use SUS304 stainless steel, thickness more than 3mm, ensure long service lift time and no second pollution to flakes.

4. Final flakes size can be controlled betwween 40-80mm(or customized)

5. Friendly control system (PLC integrated & separated control on each machine) and Touch screen panel, easy for operation
