If the baled PET bottles have stone or sand or other dirty things like metals, we can use throming machine to take stone and sand away, after that , the PET bottles go into label remover machine, to remove the labels and some part of caps, we have with-water type and without-water type ,two different remove way. After this, it will go into selecting table, to pick up the different material or some labels, caps which machines missed. After these prepare, we will go to crusher, friction washer, hot washer, cold washer, dewatering ,dryer storage hopper. Step by step to make the flakes more clean.
