LDPE film scrap washing line is widely used to treat PP/PE plastic waste mixed material into clean film flakes, which include waste PP woven bags, PP non-woven bags, LDPE film, plastic garbage, waste plastic mulch film. After films cleaned, you can make them to be granules with next process which is called pelletizing line. This production line is high automatic operating and save labor cost and low after maintenance. With advanced international industry concepts and technologies to meet waste plastic recycling at home or abroad.

Only change crusher screen, you can also recycle PP PE hard material.

Main Components:

1. Metal chain conveyor and Crusher: Cut off the packaing steel line,then convey film or woven bags into crusher to crush the material into smaller size;

2. Storage hopper: For removing the labels by friction between screen and arms;

3. Floating washing tank: Get rid of sand and dirties. The floating washing tank with water level control device. The parts which contacts with 4. flakes is made of SUS304;

5.Stilo: The parts which contacts with flakes is made of SUS304.

Application of Film Recycling Machine:

1. The moisture of final products will be less tan 8%, so that the washed materials can be stored easily.
