Outdoor LCD systems are constanlly exposed to numbers of harmful operating conditions
and harsh enviormental effects. The core issue is heating airing
from internal parts, ambient temperature and solar radiation. Solar
radiation itself could raise the temperature of exposed spots by
+55℃ ,and even higher for internal parts of enclouse! So Inner
enclosure temperature control system is the key factor why
different outdoor LCD systems acheive different effects, although
installed the same LCD panel. High inner enclosure temperature
effects on output brightness capacity of intergrated LCD panel, not
only greatly reduce the using life but increase the power
consumption.
IK intelligent temperature control technology - Integrated air conditioner /fans cooling system can reduce much of heat which generated by the electronic componetn and the LCD screen of the inner enclosure, make sure the inner enclosure under thermal balance, without hot spot and black spot happen. Also it can make sure the working temperature of the inner enclosure keeping 5℃-25℃. Therefore its electronic system is very stable and prolong the LCD backlight using lifetime.
