TRSL Series Hopper is used to concoct the drilling fluids and to change its density and viscosity. mud hopper is a new type of jet ejector device designed by combining the venturi tube with the original jet nozzle and funnel. It is not only simple in structure, but also has strong feasibility. It is an important spare part of jet mud mixer. In addition, it’s the most commonly used dosing equipment in solid control system. In the emergency situation of blowout, we can use mud hopper to mix a large amount of weighting materials uniformly in the shortest time.

In the meantime of configuration or the increase of drilling fluid volume, changing the drilling fluid density, viscosity, water loss and so on, drilling fluid materials (bentonite, barite powder) and the corresponding chemical additives (polymer) are needed in the circulation tank. mud mixing hopper can increase the liquid in the tube shear force, improve the dispersion effect and the mixing liquid pressure head, so that the material in the tank can be fully mixed, then make better effect when it's used with shear pump.
