Product Introduction

Drilling sand pump is a kinds of drilling fluid pump developed for special installation requirement. Horizontal sand pump is commonly used in drilling fluids, but it does not have self-priming function and can be installed under mud tank to make the tank volume small. Also horizontal sand pump is not easy to disassemble. Therefore, TR developed a new type of vertical sand pump for this purpose.

Currently TR centrifugal pump is widely used in the whole drilling mud system through complete solids control system, it is used as trip pump, desander pump, Desilter pump, mixing pump, charging pump, and so on. TR Solids Control could provide complete line centrifugal pumps used in drilling mud system.

The pump has two types of drive, electro motion and belt drive. New products can be designed and provided according to customers special requirements.
